He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kolka and Helen Kolka; his wife Margaret Kolka; and his siblings, Joseph, John Kolka, Mary Ruthledge, Katherine Flower, Helen Peckman, Ann Scarpulla, Jane Prodraski, Betty Kellog and Patricia Garrison.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Mayo (Kevin), Linda Bitts (Pete), Ricky Kolka, Kevin Kolka (Diane) and Stephen Kolka (Jeanne); his grandchildren, Brian Mayo, Kevin Mayo Jr., Danielle Bitts, Richie Kolka, Jackie Kolka, Stephen Kolka Jr., Shane Kolka, Lucas Kolka and Jillian Kolka; and his brothers, Joe, Holstein and Strawtown Dairy Farm.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Higgins Funeral Home (321 S Main St, New City, NY 10956).
