He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Sophie (Ziemba); his son Russell; and his sisters, Delores Bullock and Marion Malora.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Montgomery, NY; his stepdaughters, Donna VanDerMeulen of Wallkill, NY and Bonnie Kane-Lambrou (George) of Pine Bush, NY; his grandchildren, Sean Kane (Mary) of Sanford, NC, Kevin Kane of Greeley, PA and Juliana Kane of Beach Lake, PA; and his great grandchild Kiara Kane of Sanford, NC. He is also survived by four nephews and a niece.
