We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2024, at the age of 78, Walter Lindner Jr. of Montgomery, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Walter departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Walter may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Walter leaves behind.

Visitation was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Overhiser Funeral Home (78 Union St, Montgomery, NY 12549). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 24th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Church (89 Union St, Montgomery, NY 12549).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Montgomery Food Pantry Inc. or charity of your choice.
