He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Malley and R. Arlene Malley (Dorothy); his sister Joann; his brother-in-law Edwin Froehlich; his brothers, John Malley (Jack) and Dietrich W. McManis; and his siblings-in-law, Edna Mae Marcinak (Shafer) and Arthur J Marcinak Sr..
He is survived by: his wife Dottie; his children, Wendy Stokes (Robert) and Daniel William Malley (Holly); his grandchildren, Eric Stokes (Jessica), Cassandra Kratzke (Joseph), Todd Stokes (Amy), Anthony Curatello, Jordan Larence and Taylor VanDyke; his great grandchildren, Ariella, Lane Stokes, Addison, Cameron Kratzke and Eloise Stokes; his sister Kathleen Malley (Kathy); and his sister-in-law Truus Malley. He is also survived by cousins; Beloved nieces and nephews and Great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Overhiser Funeral Home (78 Union St, Montgomery, NY 12549). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
