She was predeceased by: her mother Judith I. Schraier Bachorik. She is survived by: her father Donald J. Bachorik of Neversink, NY; her sons, Jacob Schwartz (Charlotte) of Rensselaer, NY and Eric Schwartz (Samantha) of Rock Hill, NY; her brother Kevin Bachorik (Miriam) of Dunellen, NJ; her grandsons, Warren, Nathan and Tyler Schwartz; and her nieces, Valerie and Gina Bachorik. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
