Though Cheree may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her friend Mayda Coombs; her parents, Wesley Blake and Ethel Blake (Gleason); her sister Patricia Margeret Hill; and her son Thomas John Lemmerman.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Lynette Kortright and Robert James Lemmerman.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the VanInwegen Kenny Funeral Home (401 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home (401 Broadway, Monticello, NY 12701). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Montoza Cemetery.
