He is survived by: his children, Brian Fraser (Kathy) of Monticello, Stacey Partsch (Don) of Lewistown, PA and Kelly Mitchell (Todd) of Rock Hill; his grandchildren, Meaghan (Mike), Keely, Nolan (Kalean), Bailey (Sarah), Kerri and Trevor (Allison); his brother Donald Fraser (Nancy); his nieces and nephews, Steve Fraser (Michelle) and Pat Richardson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carena Collura (Vinnie) of Florida, Blake Richardson of Monticello and Kathryn Brungot (Erik) of Florida; Graycen. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
