He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Berwer Cecil of Monticello, NY; his children, Leo Cecil, Jr. of Richmond, VA, Kathi-Sue Rupp of Monticello, NY and Andrea Fichtl (Peter Fichtl) of Mount Juliet, TN; his grandchildren, Darby Summers (Adam) of Poulsbo, WA, Danae Rupp of Highland Park, NJ, Cory Fichtl and Matthew Fichtl of Mount Juliet, TN; and his sister Judith Knapp of Dublin, NH.
