He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Jakaitis and Patricia Winfield Jakaitis. He is survived by: his stepmother Denise; his siblings, Bill, Cathy, Robert, Darcy, Laura and Melanie; and his cousin Gary Korth. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
