He is survived by: his children, Dean Emery (Toby) of Orlando, FL and Darlene Emery Munroe of Montour Falls, NY.; his siblings, Geneva Pollock, Kathy Emery (Chuck), Debbie Hart, Agnes Spurgeon and Ernest Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Charlotte Carter of Cortland, NY, Denise Primeaux (David) and William Wakefield. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
