She is survived by: her grandchildren, Andrew (Stephanie), Alex (Hailey), Emma and Ethan; her great grandchildren, Owen, Noah, Carson and Eden; her brother Alton Sample; and her sisters-in-law, Sandy Sample, Scarlett Sample and Sally Sample.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Ann's Church (3066 US-11, Mooers Forks, NY 12959).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks, NY or Mooers Fire Department.
