It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Defayette (Mooers, New York), born in Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on September 13, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Defayette and Helen Defayette. He is survived by: his wife Joan Defayette; his son Matthew Defayette; his daughter-in-law Roxy Defayette; his daughter Lyndsey Defayette; his son-in-law Chad Hebert; his siblings, David Defayette, Ellen Drewniak and Barbara Lucas; and his brother-in-law Leslie Lucas.
