She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Proctor and Lella Proctor (Harris).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home - Mooers (793 Gilbert Rd, Mooers, NY 12958). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
