He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph, Sr. Miller and Ruth Miller (Gokey); his sister Rose Marie; his brother-in-law Richard Acors; his brother Rudolph Miller, Jr.; and his father-in-law Robert Scriver.

He is survived by: his wife Debbie Miller (Scriver); his sons, Robert "Robbie" Miller (Carol Leggett) and Travis Miller; his granddaughter Abby Leggett; his great grandchild Kane; his brother Joseph Miller (Sheila); his mother-in-law Sylvia Scriver; and his siblings-in-law, James Scriver (Judy), Wallie Scriver (Tina) and Melinda Davis (Tom). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
