He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mantey and Mary Mantey (Lupton); and his brothers, Earle Mantey and George Grays. He is survived by: his wife Anne Mantey (Carey) of Moravia; his children, Russell Mantey, Julie Dewitt, Paul Mantey (Sabrina) and Keith Mantey (Courtney); and his grandchildren, Christine Budinger (Alex), Jared, Evan and Dylan Mantey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
