She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Winters and Alice Winters (Gifford); her husband Ernest R. Hand; and her siblings, William, Frank Jr., Millard Winters and Mary Richards.
She is survived by: her daughter Kyle E.; her son-in-law Ray S. Dyer, III of Locke; her grandsons, Casey Dyer (Melissa) and Kevin Dyer (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Jack, Julie, Charlie and Carter Dyer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
