He was predeceased by: his wife Josefa; his son Nick; and his grandson Andrew Witkin. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (Jerome Witkin) and Annie (Thomas Chichester); his daughter-in-law Marcie Pennella; his grandchildren, Jacob and Carly; his sisters, Rose Greenland and Judy Letukas (Gene); his friend Christine Rice; and his pet Gracie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
