He is survived by : his parents, Paul R. Fish and Bonnie Stout Fish of Homer; his uncle Chuck Storey; his wife Kimberly Bernhardt Fish; his brothers, Chris Fish of Groton and Randy Fish of Virginia; his nephew Phillip Fish; his niece Rachel Fish; and his siblings-in-law, David Bernhardt, Eric Bernhardt (Marcie) and Phillisa Fish. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cortland County SPCA or Lime Hollow Nature Center.
