He is survived by: his children, Wendy Tibbitts (John), John Beeman (Jenn) and Todd Beeman; his grandchildren, Adam Beeman (Deanna), Shannon Beeman (Mike), Calsie Elethorp (Paul), Dustin Plumadore (Mackenzie) and Kyle Beeman; his great grandchildren, Michael, Millee, Treyce, Mia and Bodhi; his grandchildren, Camden and Corbin; his great grandchild Thomas; his aunt Joan; his friends, Doug, Joann and Ruthie; and his caregiver Donna.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Jack's memory to the North Country SPCA or High Peaks Hospice.
