He was predeceased by: his parents, Adelbert Pepper and Ruth "Munch" Pepper; his wife Marge O'neil; his daughter Roberta "Bobbie" Aurillio; and his siblings, Lyman "Bud", Donald "Stub", Grace Harriman and Jane Remy.
He is survived by: his children, Leslie Pepper Jr. (Miki) of Maine, Franklin Pepper (Gloria) of Port Henry, Karen Gibbs (Chris) of Moriah, Wanda Cox of Moriah, Teresa Dufrane (Dave) of Florida, Sandy Wheelock (Rob) of North Carolina and Cheryl Pierce (Jeanette) of Port Henry. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, cousins, even friends.
