He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tice and Gertrude Tice; his wife Irene; his sons, Eugene William and Calvin Chester Tice; and his siblings, Howard Tice and Beverly Waffle.
He is survived by: his children, Clifford Carl Tice (Deanna), Charles Tice (Colleen), Laurie Goodrich (Steven) and Jody Tice (Ward). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
