He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kristofik and Mabel Kristofik (Eustice). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kristofik (Benjamin); his daughter Kim Chambers (Mark); his grandchildren, Kristofer and Lydia; his daughter Audra Clarke (Terence); his grandchildren, Lauren, Lochlain and Cormac; his siblings, Douglas Kristofik (Jane), Terry Kristofik, Connie Kristofik (Bob Taylor) and Charlene Bell (Dennis); and his siblings-in-law, Jack Benjamin, Sue and Myra Benjamin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
