She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yankura, Jr. and Alice Yankura (Tudja). She is survived by: her siblings, Connie Beatty (Yankura) and John Andrew Yankura M. D.; and her sister-in-law Dorothy Yankura. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Thomas L. Nied Funeral Home (7441 Washington St, Swissvale, PA 15218). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph the Worker Parish (2001 Ardmore Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15221). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at the Homewood Cemetery (1599 S Dallas Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217).
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hillman Cancer Center or UPMC Mercy Hospice.
