We are sad to announce that on January 13, 2024, Evelyn Elizabeth Ryan Regal of Mount Morris, New York, born in Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Joseph; her parents, Bernard Thomas Ryan and Evelyn "Cis" Elizabeth Quirk Ryan; and her siblings, Bernard (Barbara), Sean (Patsy), Mary (Rod) and Patsie (Vince). She was also cherished by her siblings, nieces, nephews and cousins.
