She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph LaChuisa and Clara LaChuisa (DiPasqaule); her husband Frank DiSalvo; her daughter Deborah; and her sisters, Josephine Bella and Marie Pagano.

She is survived by : her sons, Frank DiSalvo II (Patty) of Irondequoit and David DiSalvo (Lyn) of Mt. Morris; her grandchildren, Erica, Casie, Samantha, Joey and Evan; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Mason, Josie, Damien, Eliel, Karter, Landyn, Emelia, Marley and Riley; and her brother Joseph LaChuisa Jr. of Florida. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Mount Morris Ambulance Fund.
