She is survived by : her husband Donnie "Don" Follett; her daughters, Jody Follett (Jose Martes) of Mount Morris, Janelle Manthey (William) of Mount Morris and Jamie Lee Follett (Jeffrey Rolison) of Mount Morris; her grandchildren, Jasmine of Mount Morris, Jayden of Mount Morris, Jersey Follett-Martes of Mount Morris, Jolee of Mount Morris, William II of Mount Morris, Jordan Manthey of Mount Morris, Jagger of Mount Morris and Jelani Rolison of Mount Morris; her mother-in-law Helen Follett of Mount Morris; and her sisters-in-law, Diane Franchi (Roy) of Mount Morris, Cathy Forbes (Rick) of Mount Morris and Tammy Bovard (Jim) of Ithaca. She is also survived by Many Aunts, Uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and dear and loving friends.
