He is survived by : his significant other Jessica Bianchi (Wise); his pet Mya; his siblings, Priscilla (Nathan), Pamela (Ken), William Volkmar (Heather) and Thomas Volkmar; his nieces and nephews, Michael A., Jonathon, Chauncey, Sophia, Tony, Ashley and Branden; his stepchildren, Tami (Austin), Corbin and Marshall; and his friends, Rich, Zack and Gary. He is also survived by extended family including aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, and to honor Philip's love for animals, kindly consider making a donation to purchase a stone in memory of Philip at Seneca Park Zoo. Donations will be accepted at an event Celebrating Philip's Life which will be announced soon.
