He is survived by: his wife Lyndsey Wilcox Cook; his children, Nicole Schutt, Rae Charlene Cook of Tupper Lake, NY, Alex Dumbleton of Genesee County, NY, Breeann Wilcox of Batavia, NY, Skarlet Tellier Wilcox of Batavia, NY, Maverick Cook of Batavia, NY and Dakota Cook of Batavia, NY.; his close friend Sue Henry; and his siblings, Melody Sweet, Ken (Jean Cook Jr.), Jackie (Alan Cook), Rose (Frank Jarvis), Sue Mitchell, Samantha (James Michaud) and Anthony (Debbie Cook). He is also survived by grandchildren.
