With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Anita B. Weiss of Mount Vernon, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Anita left this world on November 16, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry "Sonny" Weiss; her brother Philip Theodore Klotz; and her parents, Eleanor Klotz and Harry Klotz. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Barry Weiss (Laura), Wendy Weiss Eder (Bryan), Brad David Weiss (Nicole) and Evan Jay Weiss (Allana); her grandchildren, Emily Weiss, Dylan Weiss, Stevie Weiss, Jordyn Weiss, Sophie Eder and Josie Eder; and her pet Manny Weiss. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Chapel — Hawthorne (100 Saw Mill River Rd, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
