He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Costello of East Harlem and Rose Costello of Mount Vernon. He is survived by: his children, Lori (Al) and Tommy (Dawn); and his sister Mary Linda (Thomas). He is also survived by the many family members, friends and coworkers.
