He is survived by: his son Gerald John Smith of Mount Vernon, NY; his sister Brenda Dixon (Charles) of Hubert; his nephew Bobby Wheeler Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; his great-nieces, Eriyanna Paula Wheeler of Hubert and Siana Mary Dukes Wheeler of Virginia Beach; and his aunts, Rena Mae Wright of Detroit, Michigan, Gloria Belle Hatcher of Detroit, Michigan, Roberta Price (Charles) of Albany, GA, Ruby Whitfield of Albany, GA and Katie Mae King of Albany, GA. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
