He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Marie Burnside, Bill and Sally Canfield. He is survived by: his parents, William Canfield and Kim Canfield; his daughter Kylee Canfield; his significant other Jen; his stepson Jack Kraft; his brother Corey Canfield (Latisha); and his nieces, Hailey and Aubree Canfield. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, bandmates, coworkers, and many friends.
