He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward and Eleanor; and his brother Edward. He is survived by : his daughter Loretta Cangiano (Rich); his grandchildren, Richie and Chrissy; his children, Arthur Jr. and Deborah; his brothers, Robert and Harry; and also, Derek and Brett Jackson.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hannemann Funeral Home, Inc. (88 S Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations in his honor to the Alzheimer's Association.
