With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Nunila C. Palad of Nanuet, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Nunila left this world on August 3, 2025 at the age of 68, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Nunila may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Nunila touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Magdalena and Quinciano. She is survived by: her husband Marcelino (Lino); her children, Clyde, Emmanuel (EJ) and Vianne; and her sisters, Lucing and Pilette.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph W. Sorce Funeral Home (728 W Nyack Rd, West Nyack, NY 10994). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gethsemene Cemetery (310 Rockland Lake Rd, Valley Cottage, NY 10920).
