He was predeceased by: his mother Andree Ulmer (Favier, family: France); his brother Richard; his sister-in-law Andrea Lannigan; and his cousin Donald Ulmer. He is survived by: his father Edward Ulmer; his wife Margo Ulmer (Lannigan); his sons, Scott and Jeff; his daughters-in-law, Tonya Ulmer and Lisa Hobart; his grandchildren, Emily, McKenna, Sarah, Daniel and Cole; his stepgrandsons, Anderson, Elon and Everett; and his nieces, Jennifer and Chelsea Federio.
