He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Domm and Alice Domm (Gladding); and his grandchildren, Christy Faye Michelle Hughes and Cheyenne'Faye Sinclair. He is survived by: his daughters, Mona Sinclair of Inglis, FL, Ginny Stocum (Don) of Wolcott, NY and Lisa List (Dan) of Hilham, TN; and his siblings, Faith Graff (Michael) of Memphis, TN, Diana Wilkinson (Purley) of Naples, Charlotte Lincoln (Wayne) of Naples, Cindy Baker (Dick) of Naples and Charles Domm of Cohocton, NY. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
Fay's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
