He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Chapman (Parsell); and his grandparents, Marshall, Iona Chapman, Edwin and Helene Parsell.

He is survived by: his father Gary Chapman; his wife Lori-Ann Chapman (Wood); his children, Kevin "KC" Chapman Jr. (Sarah) and Courtney Chapman (John Garbeck); his siblings, Monica Ambeau (David) and Mike Chapman (Nataleigh); and his pets, Dexter, Luna, Tucker and Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
