It is with sadness that the passing of Nicole J. Green of Naples, New York is shared. Nicole, born on January 2, 1975 in Gouverneur, New York, passed away on September 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Perry, Dorothy Planck, Gerald and Dorothy Baker. She is survived by: her husband Matthew; her sons, Nicholas and Benjamin (Emily); her parents, Perry II and Cheryl Planck II; her siblings, Michelle Weiler (Patrick) and Perry Planck III (Lynnette); and her nieces and nephews, Jenna, Joshua, Jordyn, Bailey, Perry IV and Brinley.

Visitation was held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Baird-Moore Funeral Home (154 S Main St, Naples, NY 14512). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Naples Trinity Federated Church (119 N Main St, Naples, NY 14512).
