She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jack and Victoria DeMello; her mother Katherine DeMello; and her children, John Lee Svoboda (Delaney), Larry Kohn and Jacqueline Kohn (Michael Taylor).
She is survived by: her close friend John Delaney; her daughters, Leslie (Deb) and Sally Kohn; and her stepchildren, Richard Svoboda Jr., Theresa Lundquist and Michael Svoboda. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
