He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Klimack and Dorothy Klimack; and his wife Jean F. Klimack. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Klimack (Mary Sarah) of East Greenbush and Jill Johnson (Mark Valente) of Wallingford, CT; his grandchildren, Thomas, Grace Klimack, Alison and Maci Johnson; and his sister Cynthia Klimack of Fairport.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Andrew Klimack, to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Avenue Menands, NY 12204.
