She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Coalts and Marie Coalts; her husband Alan Friedel; and her daughter Marie Lane. She is survived by: her children, Garry Lane, Elizabeth Brundige (David), Alan Friedel II and RoseMarie Adams; her siblings, Darlene Marsett (Ray) and Ralph Coalts; and her grandchildren, Danielle, Nicholas, Landon and Ryland.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Riverview Funeral Home (218 2nd Ave, Troy, NY 12180). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of floral tributes, and in accordance with Claudia's personal wishes, memorial donations may be directed to the following organizations: Make-A-Wish Foundation, Wounded Warrior Project or the Rensselaer County ARC.
