It is with sadness that the passing of Daniel W. Dean of Nassau, New York is shared. Daniel, born on September 1, 1947, passed away on October 1, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Considine Dean and Mildred Dean (Grueben); and his brothers, John of Ghent, NY and Martin of Los Angeles, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Susan (Riley); his children, Matthew (Paige) of North Yarmouth, ME and Erin Carnahan (Andrew) of Arlington, VA; his grandchildren, Payton, Maeve Dean, Roxanne, Lola and Hazel Carnahan; and his siblings, Marion Gardner of Rensselaer, NY, Barbara Ramey of Long Island, ME and Stephen of East Greenbush, NY. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
