He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Pulver and Winnie Weinstock Pulver; and his son Jeffrey Pulver. He is survived by: his wife Martha Johnson Pulver; his daughter Sandra Hill (Tony) of Castleton; his brother-in-law Dana Johnson of Kennebunk, Maine; and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Haley and Angelo Hill.
