He was predeceased by: his father Terrance Mullins; his grandmother Myrtle Belle Lyngard; and his aunts and uncles, William Mullins, Elizabeth O'Rourke, Edward O'Rourke Sr. and Lorraine Backstrom.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Ann Mullins (Grindrod) of Nassau, NY; his brother Jeffrey; his sister-in-law Nancy Mullins of Fords, NJ; his girlfriend Darlene Gregory of Nassau, NY; and his son Scott Mullins of Albany, NY. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
