He is survived by : his wife Sharren; his children, Robert Phelps (Katie) and Beth Donnelly (Renee Datto); his grandchildren, Justin, Kaylee Donnelly, Jacob and Mason Phelps; and his siblings, Pamela Hendricks (William), Deborah Brehm, Mary Bombard (Mark Perrault), Lynne Church (Thomas), Kristine Morris (Robert), Kimberly Mancini (Albert), Edward Phelps (Susan), David Phelps (Sally) and Robert Phelps (Barbara).
