He is survived by: his wife Kathy Palmatier; his daughter Cindy Couse (Don); his grandchildren, Jamie Couse (Danielle) and Nick Couse (Jen); his siblings-in-law, Keith Prior, Dan Mooney and Judy Werner; his nieces and nephews, Robin Seib (Doug), Tammie Meyer, David Werner and Michael Werner (Pam); his son E. Thomas Palmatier Jr.; and his pets, Topnotch, Bender, Bookie and Miss Daisy. He is also survived by his family, friends.
