(Lisa Trembley), Stephen and Shannon Trembley; his brother Richard (Michelle Trembley); his grandchildren, Joseph, Jenna, Kendra Trembley, Kaitlyn O'Neil, Brittani Eaton-Koch and Bryan MacFadden; his great grandchildren, Emory and Zoyra; Shirley Combs and Sherry Rackowski (Keith). He is also survived by her grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
