She was predeceased by: her parents, George Burnett and Lydia A. Burnett (McLaughlin); her husband James P. Almindo; and her sister Carol Persico. She is survived by: her children, Shelly Fitch (Bill), Steven Almindo (Michelle) and James Almindo (Dena); her grandchildren, Joseph Carnibucci (Mel), Jordan Carnibucci (Jaida), Steven Almindo (Ashley), Kyle Almindo (Megan) and Bailey Almindo; and her great grandchildren, Lily, Madilyn, Amilya Carnibucci, Giana, Jino, Natalia Carnibucci, Camden Almindo, Riley and Ava Almindo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (181 Troy-Schenectady Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
