She is survived by : her daughter Avery Jean; her parents, Maria Chan and Joseph Chan of New City; and her sisters, Marisa Mancini (Joseph) of Brewster, Samantha Fitzery (Joseph) of Carmel and Kristin Llanes (Luis) of Danbury, Connecticut.. She is also survived by nephews.
