She was predeceased by : her husband Ed Collins; her siblings, Red McGrath and Mary McGrath; her grandson John Klingert; and her parents, Red McGrath and Anne McGrath.

She is survived by : her children, Teri Klingert (Jack), Dave Collins (Jenny) and Joanne Sullivan; her grandchildren, Dani Miller (Chase), Katie Morano (Marty), Joseph Sullivan, Matt Sullivan, Mac Collins and Grace Collins; and her great grandchildren, Lexi Miller and Xander Miller. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Augustine's Parish (140 Maple Ave, New City, NY 10956). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 16th 2024 at the St. Anthony's Catholic Cemetery (36 W Nyack Rd, Nanuet, NY 10954).
